The flower at the top is plastic and it has some damage on several petals. It is also missing the middle petal as shown.

That said, this isn't a real perfume bottle, so the damage doesn't affect its functionality at all and you really can't tell that the middle petal piece is missing. These are called a'factice. And they were used at the perfume counters to try to entice sales. This is a very beautiful item that would look outstanding on display in your dressing room!
