Antique Oak Store Counter Top Glass Display Case And Cash Till W/Latch Below. There are a total of 4 pieces of glass with this display case and they are all new pieces. To access the items in the display case there used to be a handle, probably metal, screwed into the back of the rectangular panel door but somewhere in its lifetime it was removed and the 2 holes that held the handle in place were filled in. There is black paper that was glued in place at one time in the bottom of the glassed display case - that paper is quite brittle but still in place although not in its entirety.

I have only used Old English polish on the oak portions of this case. To pull open the drawer to access the cash there is a finger latch whereby you could only pull open the drawer if the combination of finger pulls was set.

I have no idea how to set the combination with the finger latch so I have no idea if it is broken or not. Happy to answer any questions you may have about this piece.
