Made of a hard putty type material over blown insulation with a wood support base. Good, structurally sound condition, showing expected wear consistent with age and use as pictures depict.

Crazing of surface and light separation on back of head and light wear to paint throughout but nothing that compromises its appeal or function. With all the unrest in the country today, he seems to take it all in stride with his carefree grin that you cant help but smile when you look at him. Just a fabulous item from a bygone era.
