1920's General Store Counter-Top Display Glass Jar

  

Tall from base to top of lid w/ lid on. Diameter at base is about 4 in. Diameter at top opening is about 4 1/4.

Diameter in middle of bowl is about 8 inches wide. Top lid is a bit loose, not a tight fit. Really neat and interesting makes near top when lid is off.

Lid has some minor rusting. Very bottom underneath marded, "pat applied 1 1924".

This is a 20's general store counter top display glass jar for maybe cookies? Really excellent overall, no chips or cracks that I can see, I do notice 1 or 2 small bubbles within the glass itself. Some scratches near bottom, vertically. You oughta be able to see them in some of the pics, please look pics over carefully prior to purchasing.
