Antique Glass Lovelle & Covel caramel jar- counter top general store display. This is one of the coolest items Ive come across in a long time.
Not only is the condition fantastic but this is NOT something that you run across very often. I tried to get some reference on this but couldnt. I couldnt even find another picture of this- I found a similar one (made by Lovell and covel - poor condition and not quite the same) The writing on this is excellent (I dont see any wear) without chips or cracks as well. The inside lip has a bit of roughness but slight. The cover is complete and attached well.
The bottom says patent pending (so early) the jar is round except for the flat bottom. Measures about 9 x 9 x 9. The jar has a 5 opening.
